Our proprietary Anti-Cavitate Orifice Plate™ removes the need for multi-stage orifice plates. Multi-stage plates are often needed because the pressure reduction ratio is too high for a single orifice plate. One of our Anti-Cavitate Orifice Plate™ has the ability to achieve the desired pressure drop thus eliminating the need for multiple plates.
Why buy expensive flow control valves?
Our proprietary Anti-Cavitate Orifice Plate™ removes the need for costly flow control valves when the pressure and flow do not require variable speed adjustments. Flow control valves are sometimes used to regulate the pressure reduction ratio because a single orifice plate will not do. One of our Anti-Cavitate Orifice Plate™ has the ability to achieve a fixed flow rate without the need for an expensive flow control device.
Eliminate Cavitation Damage
Cavitation causes significant damage to equipment, increasing the need for replacements and maintenance. Erosion and corrosion can cause plates to lose strength and ability to perform in a consistent manner. Our Anti-Cavitate Orifice Plate™ restricts flow while combating cavitation, decreasing the need for future replacements of the plates and the equipment.
